General Information and scope of services:
LUX Artscio, registered as CVR DK 3988 2620, offers concept development, business optimization and product development services to tattoo studios and companies within the tattoo industry.
LUX Artscio can provide tools and services for B2C if requested.

LUX Artscio offers services to tattoo artists / studio owners and sometimes B2C customers mainly within the EU.
Services include concept development, sustainable business strategies, financial adjustments and preparation for guest appearances in compliance with the EU and Danish regulations.
Rights
All rights to workshops, courses, tools and digital products belong to LUX Artscio unless stated otherwise. Upon purchase, a license is obtained to use the purchased product as indicated under the product in question.
Your digital product is personal, and you may not sell, forward, lend, give away or otherwise distribute the product, either privately or commercially. This applies both to the content of our online products, downloaded products, live classes, workshops and courses.
Important service features
The services are available through online platforms and consultations.
Online consultations with be held via. Google Meet or other if preferred, and we use Notion as platform for the main digital services.
The available service options within the mentorship service will vary in duration due to the customer’s needs and preferences. LUX Artscio does not offer a single “one-size-fits-all” solution, since we wish to adapt to the volatility of the market.
The consultations acts on a subscription or hourly basis, where the needs of the client is in focus. Some may only need one month and others may need several months, depends on the needs of the specific client.
When choosing the mentorship service - please note that email support will only be available between 9 AM to 18 PM. (CEST) Consultations have different availability.
If there is any confusion regarding agreements or intentions, we will reach out to confirm if it's correct or not. If we do not recieve an aswer within a reasonable amount of time - primarily stated in our message - we temporarily stop the service to ensure efficiency.

The ready custom systems, such as the booking system with ink registration, has an opening fee associated with it as there’s no reoccuring fee in using the service, if you choose to purchase the system in a one-time purchase. It’s possible to do a monthly subscription basis on the booking system.
The Safety Data Sheet Portal is only available on a monthly subscription basis.
The opening fee is non-refundable and the systems may not be replicated and resold to companies without LUX Artscio’s accept of such.
It must be emphasized that LUX Artscio has no influence on errors and shortcomings in Notion's platform. However, LUX Artscio would like to offer assistance to be able to meet errors and shortcomings in Notion's platform by relaying the error message and communicating between Notion and the customer, and if applicable - repair database damage.
Pricing and payment terms
The prices within the digital catalog are non-negotiable
Pricing information regarding consultation is communicated individually based on the project's specific requirements for each client.
We must emphasize that the price is based on the client’s specific needs and will vary on this.
This will be stated in the offer the client received before the service officially starts. The offer must be accepted in writing before the offer is binding.
It must be emphasized that LUX Artscio only accepts cards and bank transfers when referring to commercial purchases.
Warranty
LUX Artscio makes no guarantees, as it is the customer's own responsibility to use the service.
Proper use of the service guarantees improved preparation for government controls, reducing stress and anxiety within the business environment.
When using advisory sparring, it is the customer's own responsibility to use the service according to what the customer wants to use the service for. LUX Artscio wants to develop solutions for the company's needs in the best possible way, but reserves the right to reject the customer if the customer's needs go against LUX Artscio's ethical guidelines.

If a tattoo company is a member of the Dansk Tatovør Laug (In Denmark), benefits can be obtained, as LUX Artscio's values and ethical guidelines are similar to DTL's purpose of promoting understanding of the importance of performing tattoo work in accordance with the applicable legislation, incl. working methods and hygiene rules.
If a tattoo company wants these benefits and uses their membership for LUX Artscio's services, a valid membership with DTL must be presented.

It must be emphasized that DTL has not entered into agreements with LUX Artscio - and therefore DTL cannot be held responsible for this offer, as it is LUX Artscio's own choice to offer this.
The client’s responsibility
The client's presence is required for scheduled meetings and consultations. A prompt response is expected within the presented timeframe to requests for information; failure to comply may result in delays and potential additional costs. If the client fails to attend more than 2 meetings or ignores multiple requests, additional charges may be imposed (If charged hourly) or service may be suspended without refund (if subscription based). It is the client's own responsibility to use the tools and advice as directed, which are implemented during the service.
If the client has other third parties that advise them to do other things as advised, then LUX Artscio is not liable for any damages in connection with the third parties' advice. Errors and shortcomings on the client's other third-parties does constitute liability on LUX Artscio for their errors nor shortcomings.

With the Booking and ink registration system, if you do not oblige by, what the system advices you regarding the usage of ink, not registering the right information, etc., LUX Artscio will not be held liable for any misuse or lack of documentation. LUX Artscio is not liable for anything that happens in the system after you've been granted the admission to the system.

Legal complications
Complications will be settled in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted prior to commencement of service. Before commencing service, clients must agree to the offer letter that clearly states price, terms of service, refund policy and performance details. In the event of litigation, complications will be resolved through the relevant legal system.
Termination or cancellation
Clients have the right to cancel the service at any time. However, the advance payment will not be refunded. If LUX Artscio cancels the service, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

Data protection and privacy policy
LUX Artscio collects the personal data provided by the client and complies with GDPR regulations and EU privacy laws. These data will only be available to LUX Artscio during the service period. After the period is over, the data will be anonymized.
Clients can request the deletion of their data in according with GDPR provisions.

The purpose of the newsletter is to send registered e-mails with new information from the company and the industry, which may deal with new content on the website, announcements of our services, news in the industry, etc.
